Following our successful ‘Mass in Blue’ day in May 2022, we’re delighted to be collaborating again with Will to learn and perform his more recent work ‘Passion Music’. This day takes place in the middle of Durham’s regular vocal festival and we welcome singers from choirs all around the region and beyond to come and learn. There is no expectation that singers will know the music before the day but you can find recordings on YouTube and Spotify and helpful learning tracks (see below).

You’ll be supported on the day by Northern Spirit Singers, who have already learned the music, together with some fantastic soloists and jazz musicians.

Scores will be provided on the day as usual for loan or purchase. At the end of the day (4.30pm – 5.30pm) we’ll perform the work in a short informal ‘pay as you feel’ concert and friends and families are warmly invited to join to listen.
