Wellbeing Workshop

It’s been a stressful term and we all experience ups and downs, moments of anxiety and stress, moments of lethargy and procrastination. Talking therapies approach this through the mind, using insight and meaning to support change. What if we approached this through the body? Could our bodies become a resource to shift our mental state?

Caroline Dower from the Counselling Service will lead a session of experiential exercises to feel how movement shapes our sense of ourselves and the world around us.

Come in comfortable clothing with an open mind. Let’s see if we can take a bit of time to refresh and recharge, and pick up a few skills to take us through to the end of term!
