The Flute Choir is a small, recently formed society in the university.  We are a very casual and friendly group!  Throughout the year, we play at a wide variety of venues with a vastly different types of music.  We also do a lot of outreach in the community during the year, such as playing at the community fun day and at a tea party for the elderly.  In past year, we have also played on the radio!  On top of this, we also play a few concerts to raise money for charities and the society.  As the name suggests, we are made up purely of flute players, and are always happy to welcome flautists to the society throughout the year.

To join us, you only need to be able to play the flute (all abilities/grades welcome) and be enthusiastic about all things flutiful!

We rehearse on Thursdays at 7pm in the Lecture Room of the Music Department. (By the Cathedral, you need your campus card to enter. The room is on the left as you walk in)
